The Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan
A new health coverage option, created by the Affordable Care Act, which is getting results today for people who:
- are citizens of the United States
or reside here legally, - have been uninsured for
at least 6 months, and - have a pre-existing condition
or have been denied insurance coverage because of a medical condition.
