Growing up in the Northern California has been a wonderful experience and I am excited to continue my career as I care for those in my local community. I joined Lassen Medical group in August 2011 after graduating from Somona State Masters in Science/Nurse Practitioner program. Over the last eight years the majority of my Registered Nursing career has been focused on trauma, adult/pediatric emergency care, nursing education and leadership. Last July I was honored to work in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake where I worked with earthquake survivors and helped create an educational program for the Hatian ICU nurses.
When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband on our boat on the river or the lake, riding our quads in Oregon, kayaking on Whiskeytown Lake, SCUBA diving, and running with my dogs.
