HOURS

7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

LABORATORY

Licensed by the State of California Department of Health Services, and certified nationally by CLIA. We receive a bi-annual inspection to insure that we are compliant with all of the regulatory requirements of both of these agencies.

STAFF

All of our staff are either certified or licensed by the State of California Department of Health Services. We have two Certified Phlebotomy Technician I (CPT1) staff, and two licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientists (CLS). Our CLS staff are both members of the national registry from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.

TESTING

We perform most routine blood and urine testing at our on-site laboratory. These include:

• Complete Blood Counts (CBC)
• Chemistry Panels
• Lipid Tests (cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, Triglycerides)
• Diabetes Tests (Glucose, Glucose Tolerance, Hemoglobin A1c)
• Urinalysis
• Urine Chemistry Tests (Microalbumin and Creatinine Clearance)
• Thyroid Tests
• Anemia Studies (Vitamin B12, Folate, Ferritin, Iron)
• Strep Throat screens
• Pregnancy Testing
• Prostate Screening Tests (PSA)
• Prothrombin Time (Coumadin testing)
• EKGs
• Other miscellaneous testing as required by the ordering providers.

If there are orders for tests that are not performed on-site, we have two outside reference laboratories (Quest and LabCorp) that we utilize. They both provide a daily courier service for delivering all of the "send-out" testing samples to each of their facilities. This allows you to have all of your required blood work performed at one time
